The Scuba Cowboy will be playing his Scubaribbean Rock and Trop-Rock tunes at the 3rd anniversary of this fun festival, so come on down and join the fun! It's also the 100th anniversary of the famous "Message in a Bottle" discovered in the river, where the fun all began!
